I have added the following capabilities to this website, possibly of use to readers:
- AVATAR: Support for Gravatars and Twitter pictures added to comments. If you have registered a picture to your email address with gravatar.com, or have a Twitter account with your email address, then when you post a comment here, your picture will automatically appear in your comment.
- CELL PHONES: Support for PDA and cell phones added. If you access this site with a PDA or cell phone, you should see a special format, designed specifically for your device. It omits unnecessary graphics, but gives you access to all material, and still allows you to make comments.
- TWITTER: Twitter support added, so that when new material is posted here, a tweet is automatically posted to Twitter. So if you follow “meramun” from your Twitter account you’ll get a tweet every time something new is added here. Then if you @reply to a tweet that came from this website, the reply will be posted to this website as a “comment”.
- SHARE: Added a “share” button to all pages on this site. When looking at a page in this website, “share” allows you to enter the page into your browser’s favorites, send an email to someone with the page’s URL in it, or share the page with others via Twitter, Facebook or a number of other social media services.
- SUBSCRIBE: Added a “subscribe” button to the menu at the left of the site. This allows you to use a number of different techniques for subscribing to an RSS feed that gets updated with every new post to this site.
